Before Rubik’s cube, we had these when we were wee ones. Back then, I think the numbers were made of ivory and the plastic was some kind of vintage material I can’t remember the name of. Anyhow, these will be in the shop this week for a great stocking stuffer. Helps in counting and dexterity along with the vintage jacks. More mini games are coming too.

Easy breezy

It’s a good tea day today. No tv, just some flowy Marion McPartland piano jazz, a fire, a good short book and a cup of chamomile to top off a day of back ache and a migraine headache. 😕 Today is a welcome chilly and breezy day in the burgh. A good cup of herbal tea always makes a crispy Sunday afternoon better. Chamomile is my fave and is a tisane, meaning there is no actual tea involved. A light apple flavor lends itself to the changing of the seasons. Perfect for the days when I’m not feeling a hundred percent. Available at The Stillroom inside of Diamond Antiques and Gifts in Tarentum.
